JustConnect is your one-stop source for youth resources in the Hudson Valley. It’s a website and hotline run by teens for kids of all ages. JustConnect is 100% confidential and nonjudgmental. Call us from 6PM-10PM on Sundays, 3:30PM to 9:30PM on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. At other times, the JustConnect line will be answered by volunteers at the Family of Woodstock Hotline. Call for movie recommendations; call to tell us how irritating your little brother is; call when you've gotta talk about some pretty heavy stuff. No matter why you call, you can be sure you'll reach an empathetic, fully trained young person who will listen and help you figure things out.
The program also sponsors a variety of community service opportunities which build skills while helping those in need.
We hope to expand our hours with new volunteers soon. You can be a part of JustConnect. The training is great and you can really help people.
